Job Overview: 

We are looking for associates who can understand Business Development and will be instrumental in helping us grow a new Category (Astrology) in Live Audio Chatrooms. Chatrooms are meant for ShareChat users to get into an audio chat and text chat without their identity getting disclosed. You will drive regular communication with the community of Astrologers to be a Host of the Live Audio Rooms & conduct live consultancy sessions. You will be actively involved in increasing their engagement on our platform.

Chatroom Ops:

• Understand our target audience and users
• Use their understanding of the different target audience, latest trends and pop culture of the region to ideate better engagement concepts for Astrologers (Creators/Hosts)
• Proactively research and build relationships with Astrologers(Creators/Hosts) to facilitate their growth and promote capabilities on platform
• Review ShareChat and other platforms, to discover more Astrologers
• Regular communication with the Astrologers, collecting feedbacks, and suggesting ways for them to drive more engagement
• Create a playbook around Astrologer Journey on the platform

Required Skill sets:

• 0-2 years experience in Business Development or Program Management
• Deep passion for the online creator landscape and/or experience as a ShareChat creator, with a passion for finding, developing and managing ShareChat creators/hosts.
• Basic skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheet) and MS Word (or Google Doc)
• Language Fluency(ability to read & write) in Hindi would be a plus
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
• Deep interest in the local culture, trends and pop culture
• Ability to connect with the target audience and have a creative bent to get them to engage more will be an added plus
• Discipline and rigor to ensure day today tasks are closed with no lags
• Attention to detail
