About The Team
We serve high-quality content to millions of consumers

Your Key Responsibilities
- Coming up with great ideas, knowing how to execute them, and scripting for the production of sports videos and compilations
- Making sure we are futuristic with our ideas and aware of what's being consumed by the younger generation
- Responsible for production of all sports content - includes, but is not limited to, graphic production, sports highlights and compilations, editing, script development, show production, talent prep, and video shooting/directing
- Build and maintain relationships across a variety of groups including sales, marketing, design, operations broadcast, and other teams
- Track latest sports content – New releases, events, fresh online content, etc.
- Manage the daily responsibilities of the team
- 5+ years of experience in digital/social content creation or production
- Efficient at scripting packages in both languages - English + Hindi
- Well-versed with relevant software, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro and comfortable with Adobe After Effects
- Deep knowledge of what works on digital, and experience working sports production platforms, and being able to adapt to emerging trends and formats
- Be a fan of sports and love to watch content with a deep understanding of it all
- Sound digital content judgment, ability to create new ideas, and communicate the same to teams within and outside
- Be able to lead productions and bring the idea to life
- Leadership skills to run planning and execution from end to end
